Chris is a founding partner of Gadsden Schneider & Woodward LLP, a Pennsylvania law firm concentrating in estate planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, charitable gift planning and related areas of tax and personal and fiduciary law. He received his B.S. from Yale College in 1968 and his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1973. His practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning for wealthy individuals, as well as estate and trust administration and litigation issues. Chris is a past Chair of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He served for four years as the co-chair of the National Conference of Lawyers and Corporate Fiduciaries, the primary liaison organization between the American Bar Association and the trust division of the American Bankers Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and for several years was an Instructor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Chris has published numerous articles on estate planning, trust and estate administration and professional responsibility obligations of trust and estate lawyers. |
