Tracy joined the firm in September 2004 as counsel and became a partner on January 1, 2006. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1981 and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1984. Until August 2004 Tracy was a partner and Chair of the Estates and Trusts department of the West Chester-based firm of Lamb McErlane, P.C., which she joined as an associate in 1991 after having practiced with the law firm of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis in Philadelphia. She also served a clerkship with the Honorable Raymond J. Broderick of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania following her graduation from law school. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration and Orphans’ Court litigation. Tracy is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania, Chester County and Philadelphia Bar Associations, a member of the Executive Committee, and of the |
