The 201 King of Prussia Building is located in the Radnor Financial Center at the R5 SEPTA Regional Rail Radnor Station. We are across King of Prussia Road from the Penn Health Radnor Campus. We are near the Septa 100 High Speed Line Radnor Station and next to the Pomme Restaurant (formerly Cassis and Passerelle’s). There are two separate entrances to our building with upper and lower parking lots. Reserved parking for our firm is located on the upper lot just to the left of the entrance walkway into the second floor. This is also the handicapped entrance to our building. (This lot is closest to the R5 Radnor Train station.) After entering the building from the upper lot, please take the elevator down to the first floor. Entrance to our suite is just to the right as you exit the elevator. There is a doorbell at the double glass doors.
The second entrance is from the lower parking lot on King of Prussia Road. This entrance is directly below the “201” number on the façade of the building. There is designated visitor parking near the doorway but you may find it hard to get a parking spot. Proceed up the steps into the building and turn left to the West Wing. We are straight ahead.
Be sure to use the building entrance in the upper parking lot near the train station for handicapped accessibility. The doors are unlocked from 7am to 6pm. After hours please use the upper parking lot so you can call security to enter.

From Center City Philadelphia: West on the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) to the Exit 331 toward Chester (Route 476 South). Proceed for approximately three miles south to Exit 13 toward Villanova (Route 30 East) exit. At the bottom of exit ramp, turn right and immediately get into the left lane to turn onto King of Prussia Road you will pass Radnor High School soccer fields and school bus lot on left and Floret Restaurant and Septa Route 100 Speed Line station on your right. Turn right after you pass the “201 King of Prussia Road” sign. Park near the entrance in designated visitor spots. Proceed up the steps and into the building. Turn left into the West Wing toward our double doors straight ahead
From the Main Line: Take Route 30 West toward St. David’s. Turn right onto King of Prussia Road. Pass Radnor High School soccer fields and school bus lot on left and Floret Restaurant and Septa Route 100 Speed Line station on your right. Turn right into our driveway after you pass the “201 King of Prussia Road” sign. Park near the entrance in the designated visitor spaces. Proceed up the steps and into the building. Turn left into the West Wing toward our double doors straight ahead.
PA Turnpike From New Jersey or West: Exit at Valley Forge Interchange(Exit #326 formerly Exit 24) of the Pennsylvania Turnpike: Take the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) East to exit 331A toward Chester (Route 476 South “Blue Route”). Proceed three miles to Exit 13 (Route 30 East toward Villanova) turning right onto Route 30. Immediately get into the left lane to turn left onto King of Prussia Road. After turning left onto King of Prussia Road you will pass Radnor High School soccer fields and school bus lot on left and Floret Restaurant and Septa Route 100 Speed Line station on your right. Turn right into our driveway after you pass the “201 King of Prussia Road” sign. Park near the entrance in the designated visitor spaces. Proceed up the steps and into the building. Turn left into the West Wing toward our double doors straight ahead.
From the Northern Suburbs: Depending on your own location, either take the Turnpike to the Valley Forge Interchange (exit 326) and follow the directions given above, or, alternatively: Take the Blue Route (I-476) south to Exit 13 toward Villanova—turning right off the exit ramp. Immediately get into the left lane to turn left onto King of Prussia Road. Proceed past the Centocor building, the Radnor High School bus depot and soccer fields, the Septa 100 Speed Line station and just after passing Floret Restaurant on your right you will see our building sign “201 King of Prussia Road”. Turn right into our driveway. Park in the designated visitor parking spaces in front of the building. Enter at the first floor and use steps to the West Wing. Turn left and proceed directly straight ahead to enter our suite.
From Delaware County: Take the Blue Route (I-476) North to Exit 13-B. Proceed straight across Route 30 onto King of Prussia Road. You will pass the Centocor building, the Radnor High School bus depot and soccer files, the Septa 100 Speed Line station and just after passing Floret restaurants on your right you will see our building sign “201 King of Prussia Road”. Turn right into our driveway. Park in the designated visitor parking spaces in front of the building. Enter at the first floor and use steps to the West Wing. Turn left and proceed directly straight ahead to enter our suite.
From Chester County: Take Route 202 North and exit at Devon Park Drive. Turn left onto Devon Park Drive. Right onto Old Eagle School Road for 1.4 miles. Turn left onto Upper Gulph and proceed about 4.6 miles to a “T” at King of Prussia Road. Turn right onto King of Prussia Road. Proceed 1.5 miles on King of Prussia Road, go under railroad overpass and turn left into the first parking lot after the station. Our handicapped entrance is on the second floor. Take the elevator down to the first floor and turn right off the elevators. Our double glass doors are straight ahead.
